I ordered the CJ pro model and I’ll be honest it was the best neck I’ve played. The quality of the guitar is top notch. Jeff has great customer communication.

This is an amazing instrument right out of the box. It looks amazing which helped me get my wife's approval and it plays beautifully so I am happy as well.

The satin finish on the neck is especially comfortable to play. Action and intonation were spot on and I was able to plug and play in my current rig with little to no adjustments.

I could get away with this one guitar for a full set of songs with how versatile it is and even at high gain it really rips.

I'm saving for the next one!

I went with the c2 pro and Could Not be happier! This thing plays as good as it looks and that is truly saying something. It has been a long time since I’ve picked up a guitar and felt Inspired to just play and feel like it’s something brand new again. I got this yesterday and realized I was playing for hours. The quality control from Jeff is like coming from a custom shop. I’ve never received a guitar, that I did not have to do some sort of setting up. Not just cheaper guitars but 2-3k+. This one came immaculate. Perfect action, no buzz, perfect frets all the way up the neck. And it’s just stunning. I recommend going pro or even custom. I love the locking tuners and the pro controls for coil splits and treble bleed it makes a difference and makes it the most versatile guitar I own. Quality 11/10. Looks 11/10, value 11/10, playability 11/10, sound 11/10, and body style / comfort 11/10. Seriously Jeff I am beyond happy, thank you!

As a worship leader and electric guitar player I connected with this. I decided to get the Model C2 electric guitar. The whole process was easy, Jeff has been great to work with making everything clear and going the extra mile. When I received my guitar I expected it to be great but I was amazed at how great it was. Smooth frets, beautiful looking and the sound just perfect. I didn't have to tweak much or anything on the pedalboard to get the sound I wanted. This instrument is reliable and worth it for church musicians that need a great instrument week in and week out.

Custom Paint Color, C1 model. I LOVE this guitar. The paint job is perfect in every single way - the silver flake is exactly how I envisioned it, and I so appreciated the communication early on to make sure that we both knew what style of silver sparkle I was after. The fit and finish on each and every piece is exactly right. The neck is set up straight, the string height is easy to play, and I didn't need to make any adjustments there. The pickup heights mesh well with my favorite Helix patch.

I appreciated your quick response on the trem system. The manual was a big help with getting that locking nut just a bit tighter for my preference.

I can't get over how stunning this guitar is. It feels so easy to play. Everything about it fits me just right - I'm a 5'7"" woman and really quite thin, and this is by far one of the most comfortable guitars I've ever played. Thank you, Jeff! I'm a very happy customer!

I bought a Citizen CS Pro from Jeff and I could not be happier. It’s become my number one guitar. The craftsmanship is outstanding. I have not complaints.

My favorite guitar I own… I own a C2 and the playability, sound, and build is better than most! It has caused me to get rid of a few guitars. Most of my other guitars don’t get the play time anymore. The neck… I just love the neck. It is perfect and it is the new standard for me. I absolutely love this guitar. Citizen Guitars are Christian own company whose purpose is to expand the kingdom. How much more could you want??? I would love to see some Citizen shirts and hats….

I got a CS from citizen and it’s definitely a tour level guitar. Very happy with the build quality and tone. The pickups are great and right up my alley. The luminlay side dots are a really nice touch. Jeff is great and very hands on. You won’t be disappointed

I ordered a bass guitar from Citizen and I'm very happy with the tone and overall way it plays. I've shown it to several other bass players who are close friends and they really like it as well, commenting on how true it plays.
Our sound tech says that it sounds great when I play it. Highly recommend.

Received my CT-Pro last week, been putting it through the paces & I plan on doing a more detailed review soon, but just to get the word out. Jeff is very easy to work with, answered all my questions in a timely fashion, super nice & friendly. The guitar itself is beautiful, felt really balanced. Everything was nicely setup, action is good, the neck felt really nice. Split coil setup was a surprise (a good surprise) so I'm really looking forward to doing a deep dive. I played it at church this past Sunday and the tone, and feel felt really good. Thanks Jeff for a great guitar at a fraction of the price of what it's worth. I'll be a regular customer.

Just got my guitar and I'm seriously impressed! Jeff was awesome to work with, and it plays and feels like something twice the price of other boutique brands. The build quality is outstanding, and the tone is perfect for worship, warm, clear, and expressive. It’s rare to find a guitar this good at such a reasonable price. Highly recommend Citizen to anyone looking for pro-level quality without the boutique price tag!

I ordered the C3 through Citizen. Jeff is super responsive and worked with me on all my requests and questions. I highly recommend buying a guitar through them. High quality guitar at half the price of the other boutique brands.

I ordered the CJ Pro and I've been loving it. Including a progress bar in the website UI would be a good way to track what stage the guitar is at. I understood that the guitar would take months before it's ready to be sent out but, I did always wonder what stage of the guitar it's in. All the guitarist at my church has been playing the CJ and loving it as well. It's going to see a lot of love from many players!

I love my new guitar. I have owned several electric guitars, but I believe that the CJ is the best I have ever owned. The quality is amazing and the attention to detail is great. It is very easy to play. I can't say enough good things about it. Highly recommended. If anything as a company, maybe offer some merch items (t-shirts, hats, etc...) LOL.

First impression was great. I loved it... It’s been about three weeks since I got the guitar, and my initial impressions remain consistent. I love the craftsmanship—the finish, hardware, and pickups are all fantastic. I’ve received nothing
but compliments on the guitar, both visually and sonically.

Honestly the communication has been great. I believe that having more up close pictures and the current new parts will give the customer a better grasp of what they are getting.

I am loving it! It plays so smooth and it also looks amazing! The craftsmanship is top notch for sure! It is hands down my number 1 guitar!
